A Rainy Day

The silver streams of rain decided to fall today,

Just like my tears did.

The gray clouds, white fogs, wet grass.

Salt tears, big eyes, pink cheeks.

I ran outside on the pavement,

And I yelled up at the sky,

I told it of all my misfortunes.

I let everything out,

Blaming, yelling, crying.

The rain washed away my hard life,

It cleared my mind, my heart, my soul.

It let me pour everything out,

Just as it poured out all its rain.

And for the first time,

I was free.

Now I’m free.
